Everything handled end to end
Our placement fee is a one-time payment that covers the full process from shortlisting to your helper's first day.
Work Permit Application
We handle all MOM paperwork and submissions on your behalf, including the online application and approval tracking.
Medical Check-Up
Full pre-employment medical check including MMR vaccination, arranged and accompanied by us.
Transport Service
Airport pickup, medical appointments, SIP and MOM trips, all coordinated so you don't have to.
Settling-In Programme
MOM-required SIP orientation for fresh helpers, booked and confirmed by us.
26-Month Insurance
Tokio Marine coverage with hospital and surgical benefit, valid for the full work permit period.
12-Month Replacement
If the placement doesn't work out for any reason within 12 months, we find a replacement at no additional agency fee.

Foreign Domestic Worker Levy (2025)
The FDW levy is a government fee paid monthly to MOM, separate from the agency fee and your helper's salary. Rates are set by MOM and subject to change.
